Everything goes to one address. It is the same address your order confirmation comes from, so you can simply reply to that email if you still have it.

What to Include
You will get a faster answer if your first message already contains:
- Your order ID and the email address you used at checkout.
- What you expected and what happened instead — one sentence is plenty.
- A photo, if an item arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong.
Faster Than Emailing
Some things you can resolve yourself right now:
- Lost your download link? Recover it at order lookup with your order ID and email — no waiting.
- Refund question? The rules are written out on the refund and returns page.
- Wondering where your merch is? See shipping and delivery.
Business and Partnership Enquiries
Not a support question? Send it to the same address with "Business" at the start of the subject line and it will be routed accordingly.
